The holiday home package price includes transport, siting and connections. Pitch fees are not included in the prices stated, they will be billed separately (unless a pitch fee offer is available and applied at the time of sale.) Payment plans are available. Local authority rates and water charges are included in the annual bill for pitch fees. Finance is available subject to creditworthiness and affordability assessments. Sand le Mere Holiday Village is a trading name of Sand le Mere Caravan Park Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN: 669799. Finance is available subject to status and lender criteria. We, Sand le Mere Holiday Village are a credit broker NOT a lender, we work with Black Horse. This is just a representative example; the amount of deposit will depend on the age of the holiday home chosen and your circumstances. The maximum term of finance will be between 12 and 84 months depending on the holiday home.
