Use of the swimming pool, kids' clubs and entertainment are all free to enjoy during your stay. Some of the sports and water activities may incur a small charge. In your holiday home, you'll have free gas & electricity, bed linen and your beds will be made up ready for your arrival. If you have booked through a newspaper promotion, the above will only be included in your holiday if you have purchased entertainment passes and linen.
We welcome well-trained dogs in our pet-friendly accommodation range at a charge of £35 per dog, per week and £25 per short break. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. However, we do not allow any dogs specified in the dangerous dog act: Pit-bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa. Additionally, we do not allow Rottweilers on park and some other larger dogs. Please contact the park to double check that your breed of dog is accepted. Travel cots, bed guards and high chairs are available to hire at the time of booking. There will be a supplement of £12 per item, per week or £7 per short break. Please note that you will need to bring your own cot linen and mattress. Find out more about our welcome packs here
Minimum age: We are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21.
Other restrictions: We cater primarily for family holidays. Bookings from all female or all male parties will only be accepted at our absolute discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel a booking that does not meet this condition.

When you book you must pay the applicable deposit requested. Payment can be made in full or by deposit to secure your holiday booking.

Bookings made within 10 weeks of the holiday start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Full balance payment for your holiday is due no later than 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. A balance reminder will be sent to you 12 weeks prior to payment due. If the balance is not received by the due date then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation.

Please keep your final confirmation safe as you must present this on arrival at your Park.
Your exclusive booking reference number can be found on the confirmation email we sent you.
In most cases it is possible to change your booking, a small admin fee will apply to do this. If you would like to change your holiday dates you will need to pay the difference in cost if the new dates are more expensive. Please call guest services on 01964 670403 for more information
When making a booking you will be offered the option to take out our protection plan which covers you and your holiday party. Our different types of plans covers you until you arrive on site. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given if for any reason you decide to leave early. Find out more about our protection plan here
Whether you need an extra bedroom, more space or want a higher grade of accommodation, we are always happy to look at the options for you. Please be sure to let us know your booking reference number and the grade of accommodation that you would like to upgrade into and we'll be able to check prices and availability for you.
Your accommodation will be allocated on the morning of your arrival and you will be given the location of your accommodation when you check in. We won't be able to let you know where you will be allocated on the park before you check in, this is just in case there are any last minute re-locations made by the park.
Your accommodation will have pillows, duvets and bed linen. Beds will all be made up ready for your arrival. If you've booked through a newspaper promotion, you will need have purchased the linen supplement to have bed linen and beds made up.
We do not supply towels, toilet roll or dishwashing materials so please remember to bring these with you. Irons aren't always available so we recommend, if you require an iron, to bring your own.
The essential pack (£12) includes toilet roll, washing up liquid, bin bags, cloth, sponge, tea, coffee, sugar & milk.
The breakfast pack (£15) includes tea, coffee, milk, cereals, bread, butter, jam & biscuits.
The celebration pack (£20.50) includes prosecco & chocolates.
The character pack (£12) includes soft toy of either Sandy or Deena with a bag.

The check-in time is 3.00pm for Lodges and 4.00pm for Holiday Homes and 3pm for touring. Guests arriving early are welcome to check in and enjoy the Park facilities until their accommodation is ready. If you expect to arrive after 5.00pm please let the Park know to arrange key collection.
You will need to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on your day of departure.
All booking prices include 1 car only, any extra cars will be charged at £10 per car per break. Roadside parking is not guaranteed next to your accommodation
Sand le Mere is a breeze to find, but it pays to plan your route in advance. There’s a map, directions and our address on the website. If you’re going to use sat nav, please use postcode HU12 0JN. Get directions to our park here
You will need to show your booking confirmation to check in at reception or if you are unable to print the confirmation please bring ID and your reference number.
Wi-Fi is available for free in the Complex and is available to purchase throughout the park.
Sand le Mere overlooks Tunstall Beach. There isn't direct access to the beach, but you can walk along the beach from Withernsea Beach, a short 10-minute drive away,
To fish at our lake you'll need a rod licence which you can buy from the post office. Fishing costs from £5 per day or £20 per week. Simply go down to the lake and take a peg and the warden will visit you for payment. Find out more about fishing holidays in Yorkshire here
We have an onsite convenience shop and the local supermarkets Aldi & Tesco are within a 10 minute drive to Withernsea.
Our in house entertainment team offer a full programme of daily activities for children of all ages. Some of the activities are survival skills, chocolate parties and arts & crafts. Find out more about our Yorkshire holiday park here
Our on park entertainment and access to facilities are included in the price of your holiday, unless otherwise stated. Please note if you book a holiday privately or through a newspaper promotion, entertainment passes are not included and these need to be purchased from Guest Services on arrival
